柿竹园矿极细多金属尾矿絮凝沉降特性研究

摘    要:研究了柿竹园矿500 t/d选厂尾矿絮凝沉降特性, 为尾矿絮凝沉降脱水筛选最有效的絮凝剂及其最佳剂量。用沉降速率作为尾矿絮凝沉降性能的评价指标, 完成了添加石灰和3种聚丙烯酰胺F2、F3和F4的尾矿沉降脱水试验。结果表明, 单独添加任何一种聚丙烯酰胺或石灰, 对尾矿沉降几乎不起作用; 同时添加聚丙烯酰胺与石灰, 尾矿沉降明显加快。其中, 同时添加聚丙烯酰胺F2与石灰最为有效, F2的最佳用量为50 g/t, 石灰的最佳用量是3 kg/t; 尾矿浓度对尾矿的初始沉降存在影响, 浓度越低, 最初的沉降越快。

Abstract:Settlement properties of flocculants-modified multi-metal tailings from the mineral processing plant with an ore treatment capacity of 500 t/d in Shizhuyuan Mine were investigated. With the aims to determine the most effective flocculants and the optimum dosage for tailing sedimentation and dewatering. The settlement rate was used as the index to evaluate the sedimentation property. Calcareousness and three polyacrylamides F1, F2 and F3 were selected as the flocculants. It was proved that calcareousness or any kind of the polyacrylamides solely has no apparent pushing effect on tailing sedimentation, while a remarkable acceleration of sedimentation can be observed with a combined addition of calcareousness and polyacrylamides, among which the addition of F2 together with calcareousness is of the most effective, and the optimum dosage of F2 and calcareousness is 50 g/t and 3 kg/t, respectively. The density of tailing slurries can affect the sedimentation behavior at early stage, that is, the lower the density is, the quicker the initial settlement.
