电弧喷涂快速制模技术研究与发展现状

摘    要:电弧喷涂快速制模技术因其制模周期短、成本低等优点,成为当前模具快速制造技术重要发展方向之一。文章介绍了电弧喷涂快速制模技术的基本原理,各工艺参数对电弧喷涂制模的影响,电弧喷涂快速制模的工艺路线及其技术特点,综述了电弧喷涂快速制模发展现状,最后对电弧喷涂快速制模发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:As for the advantages of shot molding cycle and low cost, rapid tooling Arc spraying has become an important direction of rapid tooling. This paper introduces the basic principle of rapid tooling Arc spraying, and the works of different kinds of process parameter on it, focusing on the operational path. and especially its characteristics. This paper also summarizes the development status of arc spraying rapid tooling~ and finally, looks ahead the development direction.
