摘    要:为了满足不同用户的各种需要,基于自主软件继电器装配计算机辅助工艺设计(RACAPP1.0)开发了一种新型的自适应继电器装配计算机辅助工艺设计系统(ZPCAPPl.0).其自适应性包括:提供给用户所需规格的工艺设计说明书;自动设计不同格式的流程图;自动生成不同格式的装配工艺卡以及其他工艺文件;有一个共享数据库;基于Windows环境;充分利用Word功能输出Word格式的文档.

Abstract:A new self-adapting relay assembly computer aided process planning (RACAPP) system based on the software of relay assembly computer aided process planning RACAPP1.0 was developed in order to meet the requirements of different users. Its self-adaptability was as follows: providing a user with some specifications of process planning demanded, auto-designing different format of flow chart, auto-forming different format of assembly process card and other process files, having a common data sharing database, based on windows and having an advantage in microsoft word function and output CAPP documents in microsoft word.
