总装生产进度数学模型的建模和分析

摘    要:针对总装生产管理中可视化管理和数据化管理的需求,本文提出了一套可视化管理引导和数据化管理支撑的理论和实施方法,并阐述了在航天器总装生产过程中进度分析模型的应用效果。进度分析模型以总装生产过程关键KPI为基础,通过构造数学模型,对生产过程中相关数据进行可视化转换,建立具有监督、预测、预警等功能的进度分析模型。采用进度分析模型能够简化管理过程,明确管理目标,优化总装生产过程,对总装过程中的影响因素、影响程度和生产预测提供可视化管理和数据支撑。

Abstract:For assembly and production management visualization management and data management needs, the paper proposed a set of visual management guidance, data management in support of the theory and implementation method, and explained analysis of progress in the application effects of the model in spacecraft assembly production process. Progress of analytical model takes assembly process of key KPI as the foundation, by constructing a mathematical model and conversing process for the production of related data visualization, established the schedule analysis model with function of supervision, prediction, early warning. Progress analysis model can simplify the management process, make clear of the management goal, optimize the production process, and provide visualization management and data support for the assembly process of the influence factors and the degree of production forecast.
