摘    要:将机械开关的静态特性和固态开关的快速性相结合研制了一种新型混合式断路器装置。该装置的动作机构由绝缘栅双极晶体管IGBT固态开关和机械断路器组成,采用新型的基于自然换流和IGBT软关断技术的混合式拓扑结构,IGBT由EXB 841提供驱动和保护。试验表明,该混合式断路器装置在分合闸过程中具有动作速度快,动作一致性高,限压限弧能力强等特点。装置的测控部分采用数字信号处理器DSP和复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD相结合,提高了控制的实时性和灵活性。

Abstract:This paper presents a novel hybrid circuit breaker(HCB) device whose motion part is composed of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) and Mechanical Circuit Breaker(MCB).The novel hybrid topology is based on naturally current commutating and IGBT soft switching.IGBT is drived and protected by EXB841.The laboratory tests prove that HCB has some advantages such as fast operating,consistency,and arc limiting.The detecting and protecting part is composed of Digital Signal Processor(DSP) and Complex Programmable Logic Device(CPLD) which can improve the real-time ability and flexibility of the device.
