轮边减速器优化设计存在的问题及对策

摘    要:针对地下装载机、地下自卸汽车轮边减速器现行优化设计存在的问题,从工程实际出发,重建了数学模型,提出了避免对优化解进行圆整的有效措施,给出了对优化解评价的方法和手段,并介绍了China-Machine和MATLAB等软件在解决该类优化设计问题中的应用.

Abstract:Due that the optimal design for wheel-frame decelerator of an automatic loader is not well addressed, a new mathematical model is pragmatically reestablished. To this end, an effective approach is postulated to avoid the rounding of optimal solutions. In this way, the evaluation methods are developed for optimal solutions. Based on China-Machine^TM and MATLAB^TM, optimal design examples are employed for illustration.
