新老"三会"问题研究

“新三会”与“老三会”的关系是企业改制过程中所面临的一个比较棘手的问题。经典的公司理论倾向于权力集中于“新三会”。而历史积淀又偏好于“老三会”。对新老三会分别进行了阐述，提出处理其关系的原则，并认为应借助法律的途径寻求矛盾的统一。

This essay expatiates separately new and old three-meetings and brings forward tenets to dispose their relationship.
