不同方法的灭菌饲料饲喂清洁级KM小鼠的效价分析

摘    要:目的通过饲养实验,分析同一来源颗粒饲料,经60↑Co-γ射线辐照灭菌和高温高压灭菌处理后饲喂清洁级KM小鼠的效价。为清洁级动物饲料寻找最佳灭菌方法和最低耗料成本提供参考依据。方法在清洁级屏障系统内将21日龄的健康KM小鼠离乳后♀♂各半均随机分为2组,分别饲喂不同方法处理的饲料,每周称重1次并统计绘制曲线图,成熟后同组内随机交配,记录繁殖情况,计算出胎间隔、离乳率、生殖指数等繁殖指标,进行统计学分析。结果同一周龄吃60↑Co-γ射线辐照灭菌饲料组小鼠的体重明显比吃高压灭菌饲料组的小鼠重。虽然高压灭菌颗粒饲料的单价比经60↑Co-γ射线辐照灭菌的低且耗料量少,但离乳鼠的体重,生长速度及母鼠的各项生殖指标均差于后者。结论 60↑Co-γ射线辐照灭菌的颗粒饲料用于清洁级KM小鼠生产繁殖的效价比高,是目前比较理想的灭菌方式。

Abstract:Objective To observe effect of diet sterilized by 60↑Co-γ irradiation and high temperature and pressure feeding clean Kunming mice(CL KM),and to discuss the best sterilization of diet for clean ro-dents.Methods Totally 120(male∶ female = 1∶ 1) weaning CL KM mice were randomly divided into two groups in barrier system.Group A was fed on forage sterilized with high temperature while group B was fed on diet disinfected with 60↑Co-γ irradiation.Body weight of the mice was measured and recorded once a week.The mice mated randomly in same group after maturation.Indices of their growth and reproductive capacity as well as food consumption were tested.Results The indices of growth and body weight of young,and repro-duction of mother mice fed on forage sterilized with 60↑Co-γ irradiation were better than those of mice fed on forage disinfected by high pressure.Conclusions The diet sterilized with 60↑Co-γ irradiation for feeding CL KM is of good effect.And it is an ideal way of sterilization presently.
