基于自适应延时的全桥移相ZVSPWM开关电源的设计

摘    要:针对全桥移相电路中滞后臂难以实现零电压开通(ZVS)、受负载影响较大问题,阐述了全桥移相ZVS高频开关电源主电路拓扑结构及控制电路的设计方案,分析了开关中滞后臂难以实现ZVS的原因和自适应延时控制技术的工作原理,计算了主变压器、IGBT和谐振电感的参数。实验结果表明,自适应延时控制技术可以扩大ZVS实现的范围,进一步提高电源的效率。

Abstract:Since the lagging leg hardly can realize zero - voltage switching (ZVS) and is influenced a lot by load in principle of adaptive relay control and calculates the parameters of the main transformer, IGBT and resonant induc- tor. Experiment result proves that adaptive relay control is able to extend the range of ZVS and further enhance power efficiency.
