摘    要:分析了几种典型径向滑动轴承非线性动态油膜力解析模型之间的区别、联系及其相应的适用条件,提出了一种新的径向滑动轴承非线性动态油膜力解析模型。应用新模型和Capone模型,对200MW汽轮机低压轴承转子系统起停过程进行数值模拟分析。结果表明,提出的解析计算模型与其它模型相比,具有结构简单,物理概念清晰,实用性强的特点。该模型覆盖了其它几种解析模型给出的结果,因此具有更宽的适用范围。

Abstract:The difference,relation and applied conditions of some kinds of typical analytical models of sliding bearing nonlinear dynamic oil-film force were analyzed,a new analytical model was put forward.Based on the new model and Capone model,a numerical simulation of start-stop process in 200 MW steam low pressure rotor was finished.Results show that new model was simpler than other models,it has clear physical concepts,better practicability and wider application fields.
