| 摘 要： | 本文通过对现有的知识价值链研究文献的回顾分析提出了新的知识价值链模型，并在运用知识价值链模型考察企业的管理实践时，发现存在3类知识价值链；在此基础之上探讨了知识价值链模型对企业转型、知识工作的管理和知识传递等方面的应用。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the knowledge value chain(KVC) model based on the analysis of the literature.Three types of KVC had been found when we used the KVC model to research the managerial practice in 27 companies.In the end,the implication to the transformation of company,the management of knowledge work,and knowledge transmitting has been discussed. |
