特发性尿路结石患者骨代谢的变化

摘    要:目的:探讨特发性尿路结石患者骨代谢生化指标的变化.方法:采用放免法测定60例特发性尿路结石患者和25例健康献血者的血清骨钙素(BGP)、降钙素(CT)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、25羟基维生素D(25-OH-D)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端交联肽原(ICTP)和Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端伸展肽(PINP)的水平.结果:特发性尿路结石患者的血清BPG、PINP和ICTP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),两组之间的CT、25-OH-D和PTH水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:特发性尿路结石患者存在明显的骨代谢紊乱,主要表现为血清成骨细胞活性增强,同时伴有破骨细胞功能增强,骨转换活跃,这可能是特发性尿路结石形成的病因之一.

VARIATION OF BIOCHEMICAL BONE MARKERS IN PATIENTS WITH CALCIUM UROLITHIASIS

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the variation of serum biochemical bone markers in patients with calcium urolithiasis. Methods: 60 patients with calcium urolithiasis were entered into this study and compared with a control group of 25 healthy people. Serum levels of Osteocalcin (BGP), Parathyroid hormone (PTH),25-Hydroxycitamin D(25-OH-D), Calcitonin (CT), Aminoterminal propeptide of type I procollagen (PINP), and Cross-linked carboxyterminal telopeptide of type I collagen(ICTP) were measured by radioimmunoassay. Result:No significant differences in the serum levels of CT, 25-OH-D and PTH were seen (P>0.05) but the serum level of BGP, ICTP and PINP were significant higher in patients with calcium urolithiasis group compared with the normal control group (P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the serum levels of BGP, ICTP, PINP, CT ,25-OH-D and PTH in patients with primary calcium urolithiasis group compared with the patients with recurrent calcium urolithiasis group (P>0.05). Conclusion: There were significant changes in biochemical bone markers in patients with calcium urolithiasis, which may contribute to the disease process.
