绝经后骨质疏松女性不同原因所致椎体压缩的鉴别

①目的 探讨绝经后骨质疏松并不同原因致椎体压缩的临床和放射学表现及其鉴别诊断意义。②方法 对山东省3家综合性医院提供的258例绝经后骨质疏松并椎体压缩病人的临床、影像和病理学资料进行回顾性分析。③结果 颈椎受累49例，其中转移瘤29例，原发骨肿瘤14例，单纯骨质疏松6例；胸椎椎体压缩98例，其中66例为单纯骨质疏松，24例为转移瘤，8例为原发骨肿瘤或肿瘤样病变；腰椎椎体压缩111例，其中单纯骨质疏松66例，转移瘤39例，原发性骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变6例。④结论 根据临床和影像学表现，可对绝经后女性不同病因所致的椎体压缩较好地进行鉴别。

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF VERTEBRAL COMPRESSlON OF PATIENTS WITH POSTMENOPAUSAL OSTEOPOROSIS

Objective To study the clinical and radiological manifestations of spinal body compression or collapse of different causes in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis and their value in differential diagnosis.\ Methods\ 258 patients with compressed vertebral bodies who had postmenopausal osteoporosis were collected from 3 general hospitals in Shandong province and reviewed retrospectively.\ Results\ There were 49 cases with cervical spine involved, including metastatic cancers(29), primary bone tumors(14) and osteoporosis only(6); 98 cases with thoracic vertebrae collapse, including metastatic tumors(24), primary tumors or tumor like disorders(8) and osteoporosis only(66);111 cases with lumbar vertibrae collapse, including metastatic cancers(39), primary bone tumors or tumor like disorders(6) and osteoporosis only(66).\ Conclusion\ According to the findings of clinical and imaging examinations, it is possible to diagnose vertebral compressions with different causes in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.
