安徽省新型城镇化发展水平的区域差异研究

通过对新型城镇化内涵的科学界定,从人口城镇化、经济城镇化、城乡统筹、四化同步、基础设施建设、居民生活环境6个方面构建了新型城镇化评价指标体系.运用熵权法对安徽省2012年16个市的新型城镇化综合发展水平进行了测度,结果表明:安徽省新型城镇化综合发展水平分为4个等级:最高(合肥),较高(芜湖、铜陵、淮北、马鞍山、淮南、黄山),中等(池州、宣城、滁州、蚌埠),较低(六安、安庆、亳州、宿州),最低(阜阳).不同城市之间新型城镇化发展水平差异较大,同一城市不同准则层之间的发展水平也存在较大差异,发展不均衡现象突出.

The Study on Regional Difference of New-style Urbanization Development Level in Anhui Province

Based on the scientific definition of the connotation of new- style urbanization,from six aspects of population urbanization,economy urbanization,urban- rural integration,four modernizations,synchronization,infrastructure construction,the living environment of residents,this paper constructs the evaluation index of the new- style urbanization,and measures the new- style urbanization development levels of 16 cities in Anhui Province in 2012 with entropy weight method. The result shows that the new- style urbanization development level in Anhui Province is divided into four degrees: the highest( Hefei),high( Wuhu,Tongling,Huaibei,Ma'anshan,Huainan,Huangshan),middle( Chizhou,Xuancheng,Chuzhou,Bengbu),low( Lu 'an,Anqing,Bozhou,Suzhou),the lowest( Fuyang). There are big differences between the new- style urbanization development levels of 16 cities,and the development level of different criteria layers in a city varies greatly,which causes markedly unbalanced development.
