混凝土墙模板工程中对拉螺栓间距的研究

摘    要:通过分析某工程混凝土墙模板施工中对拉螺栓强度、模板刚度、木肋抗弯及抗剪强度,验算对拉螺栓间距方案的可行性。在此基础上,得出在不同木肋、不同型号对拉螺栓及混凝土不同入模温度情况下对拉螺栓的限值,表明浇筑过程中混凝土温度对模板侧压力影响最大,木肋的抗剪强度也是对拉螺栓间距限值的控制因素。

Abstract:Feasibility formwork rigidity, bending The limit values of split molding temperatures are formwork lateral pressure controlling the limit value of split bolt spacing program is verified through analysis of split bolt strength, and shearing strength of wooden rib in a concrete wall formwork construction project. bolt under different wooden rids, different types of split bolts and different concrete obtained. The result shows that Concrete temperature has the biggest impact on in pouring process, and that shearing strength of wooden rib is also a factor of split bolt soacing.
