摘    要:论述了国内外安全文化评价研究现状,从安全文化与安全生产融合发展出发,提出了煤矿企业安全文化评价指标体系的设计原则及设计方法。在此基础上,借鉴"压力-状态-响应"框架模型,建立基于"压力-状态-响应"程式的安全文化评价矩阵方法论。同时,以某煤矿企业安全文化建设为例,进行实时诊断识别。研究表明,安全文化评价矩阵方法论对于不同行业企业安全文化评价工作具有一定的理论意义及推广价值。

Abstract:In this paper it discussed the research status of safety culture evaluation at home and abroad.From the aspect of the integration development of safety culture and safety production,it proposed the design principles and design methods of coal enterprise safety culture evaluation index system.On this basis,by using the pressure-state-response framework model for reference.Meanwhile,it carried out real-time diagnostics and identification by taking safety culture construction of a coal enterprise for example.Research had showed that safety culture evaluation matrix methodology had certain theoretical significance and promotional value for the work of enterprise safety culture evaluation in different industries.
