安徽省成人超重与肥胖流行特征及影响因素分析

目的分析安徽省超重和肥胖的流行特征和影响因素,为开展肥胖防治提供科学依据。方法运用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取12个市（县、区）作为监测点,每个点抽取4个乡镇（街道）、12个村（居委会）、420户,每户抽取1名18-69岁常住居民,共5 038人。通过问卷调查和体格测量获得相关数据。结果我省成人超重和肥胖的粗患病率分别为29.95%和8.52%,标化患病率分别为27.32%和7.37%。女性超重和肥胖患病率明显高于男性,且随着年龄增长而升高。超重和肥胖率均呈现出北方地区高于中部和南部地区的流行特点。影响超重和肥胖的主要因素有年龄、吸烟、工作强度、婚姻、精神状况和地域分布。结论安徽省成人超重与肥胖已成为影响居民健康的重要疾患,防治工作迫在眉捷。

Analysis on Risk Factors and Epidemiologic Characteristics of Overweight and Obesity of Adults in Anhui Province

Objective To analyze the risk factors and epidemiologic characteristics of overweight and obesity of adults in Anhui province.Methods Multi-stage randomized clusters sampling was used to survey 12 cities and counties.Data on weight and height was obtained through physical check-ups.Results The crude prevalence rate of overweight and obesity were 29.95% and 8.52%,and the age-adjusted rate were 16.33% and 4.45%.The prevalence of overweight in male and female and obesity in female increased with the increase of age.The prevalence of overweight and obesity were significantly higher in northern part of the province than that in the middle and south parts.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the major risk factors influencing overweight would include age,smoking habits,physical exercises,marry status,mental status and location of residence.Conclusion Overweight and obesity among the adults in Anhui province had become a threatening hazard to resident's health.Prevention and control of this hazard should be urgently needed.
