基于脉冲气流注入的聚合物配液罐携聚器优化

摘    要:油田聚合物驱常规聚合物配液罐采用液体携带聚合物,配聚过程中常出现聚合物大颗粒聚集,即“鱼眼”现象,造成地面管道及地层堵塞。为减少该现象,通过有限元方法,开展基于文丘里管气体脉冲注入的聚合物配液罐携聚器优化,采用脉冲气流携带的注入方式将聚合物颗粒携带进配液罐中,实现高效携带;研究不同脉冲强度、脉冲波形对携聚效果的影响。结果表明,强脉冲差异和脉冲间隙综合作用可使气流对难运移的聚合物颗粒具有较强的携带能力;针对性优化最短脉冲时间,优选出最佳脉冲参数为20次/s的三角形波;脉冲气流注入能够有效减少聚合物成团聚集,减少搅拌器的剪切作用,保护聚合物结构,对地面管线的安全运行以及地层多孔介质内的稳定渗流具有重要作用。

Abstract:The conventional polymer dispensing tank of oilfield polymer flooding uses liquid carrying polymer,so the aggregation of large polymer particles often occurs in the process of polymer dispensing,namely "fish-eye" phenomenon,resulting in the blockage of ground pipelines and formations.In order to reduce this phenomenon,the structure optimization of polymer flooding liquid distribution tank carrier based on Venturi gas pulse injection was carried out by finite element method.The polymer particles were carried into the liquid distribution tank by gas carrying method,and the efficient carrying was realized by pulse gas injection method.The effects of different pulse intensity and pulse waveform on the bonding effect were studied.The results showed that:the combined effect of strong pulse difference and pulse gap can make the air flow had a strong carrying capacity to the polymer particles which were difficult to transport;The shortest pulse time was optimized and the triangular wave with the best pulse parameter of 20 times/s was selected;Pulsed flow injection could effectively reduce polymer aggregation,reduce shear action of agitator,protect polymer structure,and play an important role in the safe operation of ground pipelines and stable seepage in porous media.
