基于大数据分析的矿区施工安全监控系统

摘    要:矿区地质环境复杂,施工存在很高的安全风险,为此设计了基于大数据分析的矿区施工安全监控系统。在施工现场布设摄像头和振弦测量模块,采集可视化图像和不可视数据,通过无线网桥将大数据发送给监控中心,利用监控中心服务器实现大数据处理和分析,判断矿区施工现场是否存在风险,并通过告警装置通知给现场施工人员。结果表明,该系统的监控错误、未监控到的风险样本较少,监控性能较好,能较准确识别出矿区施工中存在的风险。

Abstract:The geological environment of the mining area is complex,and there are high safety risks in construction.Therefore,a mining area construction safety monitoring system based on big data analysis is designed.To set up cameras and vibrating wire measurement modules at the construction site,collect visual images and invisible data,send big data to the monitoring center through wireless bridge,use the monitoring center server to realize big data processing and analysis,judge whether there are risks at the construction site of the mining area,and notify the on-site construction personnel through the alarm device.The results show that the system has fewer monitoring errors,less risk samples not monitored,and better monitoring performance,which can more accurately identify the risks existing in the mining area construction.
