外源氨基葡萄糖对水培玉米幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:为了探讨外源氨基葡萄糖在作物生长发育中所起到的作用,本文以玉米幼苗为试验材料,采用无胁迫水培试验方法,研究了不同浓度的外源氨基葡萄糖对玉米幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶绿素含量、根系、植株鲜重和根系鲜重各生长指标的影响。试验结果表明:与空白对照组(CK)相比,在0.1~5 mg/L的氨基葡萄糖浓度条件下玉米的株高、茎粗、植株鲜重和根系鲜重均有不同程度的增长,其中2 mg/L氨基葡萄糖浓度条件下玉米的茎粗、植株鲜重和根系鲜重分别较对照提高了11.30%、26.58%和19.32%。玉米总根长、根表面积、总分枝数等指标也均有显著增加,其中在2 mg/L浓度条件下增加最大;同时,氨基葡萄糖对玉米幼苗的叶绿素含量也有提高,随着使用浓度的增加玉米幼苗叶绿素的含量呈增加趋势。综合各因素可以看出,在无胁迫条件下,不同浓度的外源氨基葡萄糖均可以促进玉米幼苗各指标的生长发育,其中在本实验条件下氨基葡萄糖的浓度在2 mg/L左右时促进玉米各指标发育的效果最佳。氨基葡萄糖是一种新型的天然增效物质,值得更加深入的研究。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of exogenous glucosamine on the growth and development of crops, maize seedlings were used as materials in hydroponic culture without stress. The effects of different concentrations of exogenous glucosamine on plant height, stem diameter, chlorophyll content, root system, plant fresh weight and root fresh weight of maize seedlings were studied. The results showed that all the parameters were increased by some degrees compared with those of the control under 0.1-5 mg/L glucosamine treatment. The stem diameter, plant fresh weight and root fresh weight of maize treated with 2 mg/L glucosamine were increased by 11.30%, 26.58% and 19.32%, respectively. In addition, the total root length, root surface area, and the total branch number of root were increased by glucosamine treatment, and the maximum increase was found in the treatment of 2 mg/L. The chlorophyll content was increased along with the glucosamine concentration. Taken together, the growth and development of maize seedlings are improved by different concentrations of glucosamine, and the suggested dosage is 2 mg/L in this study. Glucosamine, as a novo natural synergy material, its effect on crop growth needs more study.
