健康评估问卷残疾指数映射的研究进展

在类风湿性关节炎领域，健康评估问卷残疾指数(health assessment questionnaire disability index, HAQ-DI)被广泛运用于临床研究。但HAQ-DI是非基于偏好量表，其产生的大量临床数据无法直接用于相关健康效用以及药物经济学评价研究。映射作为可将非基于偏好量表结果转换为健康效用的有效的手段，已得到广泛认可与运用。鉴于映射算法较易受样本人群、模型以及变量等影响，世界范围HAQ-DI相关映射算法较丰富，而我国缺乏相关研究以及总结性研究。本研究将检索国内外HAQ-DI映射研究文献，对样本量、解释变量、映射模型及验证方法等进行总结分析，旨在为我国需要使用HAQ-DI映射算法获取健康效用或基于我国人群重新开发HAQ-DI映射算法研究提供参考。

Advances in the research on health assessment questionnaire disability index correlation mapping

In the field of rheumatoid arthritis, the Health assessment questionnaire disability index (HAQ-DI) has been widely used in clinical studies. Because HAQ-DI is not based on preference scale, a large number of clinical data generated by HAQ-DI cannot be directly used in the related health utility value, and pharmacoeconomic evaluation research. Mapping has been widely recognized and used as an effective method to transform the results of non-preference scale into health utility value. In view of the fact that the mapping algorithm is easy to be influenced by sample population, models and variables, the HAQ-DI correlation mapping algorithm is abundant worldwide, while the related and summative studies are lacking in China. This study retrieved the domestic and foreign literature on HAQ-DI mapping, and summarized and analyzed the sample size, explanatory variables, mapping model and verification method, so as to provide reference for the research on using HAQ-DI mapping algorithm to obtain health utility or redeveloping HAQ-DI mapping function based on Chinese population.
