| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胸椎间盘突出症的临床特点、诊断及手术方法.方法:分别对9例胸椎间盘突出症患者的临床表现、影像学资料和手术治疗方法进行描述.结果:侧前方入路胸椎间盘摘除术5例,侧后方胸椎间盘摘除术2例,经胸腔侧前方入路椎间盘摘除术2例.随访1～5 a,手术优良率达88.89%.结论:CT或MRI检查对确诊与定位有重要价值,胸椎间盘突出症一旦确诊,应尽早手术治疗,根据不同类型,采取不同的手术方式,可获得较好的疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and surgical therapeutic regimens of protrusion of thoracic intervertebral disc(PTID).Methods:The clinical manifestations,image data and therapeutic methods of 9 cases with PTID were analyzed.Results:The thoracic disc herniations of 5 cases were resected with costotransversectomy through anterolateral approaches and 2 through posterolateral approaches.Other 2 cases with PTID received diskectomy by transthoracic approaches.The follow-up period was from 1 to 5 years.The excellent and good results were obtained in 88.89 % of the patients.Conclusion:CT or MRI is a valuable method for diagnosis and location of PTID.Once PTID was final diagnosed,surgical treatment should be chosen as soon as possible. |
