CPE抗冲剂在PVC异型材中的应用

摘    要:研究了CaCO3/CPE(氯化聚乙烯)/PVC(聚氯乙烯)复合材料的结构和性能,探讨了CPE对CaCO3/PVC复合材料的力学性能的影响。力学性能研究表明,与仅用CaCO3改性的PVC复合材料相比,在CPE加入量为PVC的0-8%时,用CPE和CaCO3协同改性可以更好地提高复合材料的冲击强度。SEM结果显示,引入CPE可明显改善CaCO3颗粒在PVC基体中的分散性和相容性。

Abstract:Structure and performance of PVC composites filled with CaCO 3particles were investigated and effects of chlorinated polyethylene elastomer(CPE)on mechanical properties of PVC filled with CaCO3 and CPE were explored.
