七叶皂苷钠联合甘露醇在治疗脑水肿中的应用研究

目的 分析七叶皂苷钠联合甘露醇治疗脑水肿的临床疗效.方法 收集从2010年1月到2013年1月收治的220例脑水肿患者临床资料,随机分为对照组与观察组各110例.对照组单纯采取甘露醇治疗,观察组给予七叶皂苷钠联合甘露醇治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效.结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.64％,明显高于对照组的89.09％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 七叶皂苷钠联合甘露醇治疗脑水肿,安全性与有效性显著,值得临床推广.

Clinical efficacy of sodium aescinate combined with mannitol in the treatment of patients with cerebral edema

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of sodium aescinate combined with mannitol to patients with cerebral edema. Methods 220 patients suffering from cerebral edema form Jan 2010 to Jan 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 110 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with mannitol, while sodium aescinate was added to the patients of the treatment group. We compared the clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （93.64%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （89.09%）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups had statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Sodium aescinate combined with mannitol in treatment of cerebral edema is safe and effective, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
