食管鳞癌中VEGF165b、HIF-1α的表达及临床意义

 目的 检测食管鳞癌组织中VEGF_165b和HIF-1α的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。 方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测143例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中VEGF_165b和HIF-1α的表达。 结果 VEGF_165b和HIF-1α在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为13.3%和43.4%；VEGF_165b阳性表达率与 HIF-1α阳性表达率呈负相关关系（P=0.035）。HIF-1α阳性表达率与饮酒程度、分期、纵隔淋巴结 转移及肿瘤的分化程度呈正相关（P＜0.05）。 结论 VEGF_165b和HIF-1α在食管癌的发生发展和淋巴转移中起重要的作用，VEGF_165b的表达与HIF-1α存在相关性， 饮酒是食管癌的重要危险因素。VEGF_165b可能成为治疗的靶点。

Expression of VEGF165b and HIF-α in Esophageal Squamous Carcinoma Tissues and Their Significance

Objective To detect the expression of VEGF^_165band HIF-1α in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues and their significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of VEGF_165b and HIF-1α in 143 cases of esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues. Results The positive expression rate of VEGF_165b and HIF-1α in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues was 13.3% and 43.4% respectively; The expression rate of VEGF_165b showed a negative correlation with that of HIF-1α(P=0.035). Alcohol drinking was positively correlated with the expression rate of HIF-1α (P=0.027).The expression rate of HIF-1α showed a positive correlation with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and pathologic grades. Conclusion The expression of VEGF_165b and HIF-1α played an important role in the development of esophageal squamous carcinoma, and the VEGF_165b、and HIF-1α may have a synergistic effect in the pathogenesis of esophageal carcinoma. Alcohol drinking was an important risk factor of esophageal carcinoma and VEGF_165b may be a potential therapy target.
