| 摘 要： | 目的：评价美罗培南在治疗耐药菌感染时的临床疗效和安全性.方法：观察本院426例住院患者给予美罗培南和亚胺培南/西司他丁后的治疗效果和不良反应.美罗培南组每日给予美罗培南0.5～1g,分2～3次给药,每次经30min静脉滴注;亚胺培南/西司他丁组每日给予亚胺培南/西司他丁0.5～1g,分2～3次,每次经30min静脉滴注.结果：美罗培南组的治愈率为77.65％,有效率为87.67％,细菌清除率87.87％;亚胺培南/西司他丁组治愈率为77.04％,有效率为87.09％,细菌清除率85.26％.两组药物结果无统计学差异.结论：美罗培南治疗耐药细菌感染有良好的临床疗效,且安全性良好.

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Meropenem on the treatment of resis- tant bacteria infections. Methods： We observed the efficacy and adverse reactions of 426 hospital inpatients given meropenem and imipenem/cilastatin. Patients in meropenem group and imipenem/cilastatin group were given meropenem and imipenem/eilastatin, respectively, 0. 5-1g one day, 2--3 divided doses, each time iv drip in 30min. Results： The cure rate of meropenem group was 77.65%, the effective rate was 87.67%, and the bacterial clearance rate was 87. 87%. The cure rate of imipenem/cilastatin group was 77. 04 %, the effective rate was 87.09%, and the bacterial clearance rate 85.26%. There is no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion： Meropenem shows good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of drug--resistant bacterial infections. |
