钢渣高效渣铁解离细碎工艺及设备研究

摘    要:在充分调研了钢渣性质、国内外钢渣处理工艺和设备的基础上,提出应用改进型惯性圆锥破碎机为关键设备的钢渣高效渣铁解离细碎工艺.该破碎工艺采用两段开路破碎,可将钢渣破碎至细度-6 mm占90%,能实现钢渣中渣与铁较充分的解离,极大提高了钢渣中铁的回收率,降低后续钢渣应用的难度,同时扩大了钢渣尾渣的应用范围及附加值,使钢渣综合...
