球形碳化钨粉末制备技术的探讨

摘    要:概述了热喷涂高新材料球形碳化钨粉末制备技术的研究进展。从原料、熔融方式、球形化方式及技术特点等方面对各种制备方法进行了对比分析。最后提出了超高温熔炼气体雾化法是球形碳化钨粉末制备的首选技术。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the progress in preparation technology of thermal spraying new high-tech materials spherical tungsten carbide powder.From raw materials,melting models,spherical models and technical features and so on of various preparation methods were comparatively analysed.Finally,the ultra-high temperature melting gas atomization is preferred technique of preparating spherical tungsten carbide powder is proposed.
