| 摘 要： | 对38例外伤性脑梗塞患者进行了临床分析，发现其外伤的主要原因是车祸伤和跌落伤，主要损伤部位为颅脑外伤和颈部外伤。颅脑CT扫描显示脑梗塞多位于基底节和脑叶，脑血管造影发现8例有颈动脉狭窄。提示外伤时颈动脉直接或间接受损是外伤性脑梗塞的重要发病机制之一，应引起临床注意。

| Abstract: | patients with traumatic cerebral infarction were analysised The main causes of injury were traffic accidents(21 cases) and falls(10 cases) The major regions of trauma were brain(26 cases) and neck(12 cases) CT scan demonstrated that the positions of infarction were in basal nuclei and lobar The stenoses of caratid arteries of 8 cases were found by carebral angiography This indicates that the injury of neck artery is an importment reason of traumatic cerebral infarction |
