摘    要:针对某机械式变速器生产厂家对同步器的测试要求,设计一种同步器性能试验台。采用虚拟仪器替代传统仪器、测试软件代替硬件电路的方式实现了对同步器测试系统的控制以及同步器各性能参数的测试。组建试验台的硬件结构,分析试验台执行过程,并给出相应的控制程序。该试验台操作界面友好,测试精度高,运行可靠。LabVIEW软件在同步器性能测试系统开发中的应用,提高了其自动化和智能化水平,为同步器性能测试提供了一种简便易行的方法。

Abstract:Acenrding to lest requests of automotive mechanical transmission companies to the synchronizer, a lest system of synchronizer was developed. The control of synchronizer testing systero and the test of the synchronizer performanee parameters were achieved by using vir- tual instrument to replace traditional equipment and test software to replace hardware circuits. The hardware structure of the test bench was set up, the process performed was analyzed, and corresponding control program was given. The test bench has the advantages of user-friendly eonlrnl, high precision and reliable operation. The application of LabVIEW increases the automation and intelligenee level of synehrnnizer lesling and provides an easily usual approaeh.
