常德市1984～2007年鼠疫监测分析

目的分析常德市1984～2007年鼠疫监测结果，为持续做好鼠防工作提供科学依据。方法在常德市鼠疫历史疫源地连续24年开展人间鼠疫和动物鼠疫监测，并对监测结果进行分析。结果1984～2007年共捕鼠28412只，总捕鼠率为8．25％（4．04％-17．57％），获6个鼠种，褐家鼠占94．99％，为优势鼠种；t990年和1991年应用放射免疫法检出鼠疫F1抗体阳性褐家鼠3只，总阳性检出率为1．06／77；采集健康人群血清1026份，检测鼠疫F1抗体，结果均为阴性；1984～1988年梳检鼠516只，带蚤鼠22只，带蚤率4．26％，平均蚤指数为0．26匹。结论常德市存在鼠间鼠疫流行的可能，必须进一步加强鼠疫监测，落实各项防控措施。

Results of monitoring of plague in Changde city from 1984 to 2007.

Objective To analyze the results of plague surveillance during 1984 -2007 in Changde City Methods The work of monitoring of historical human and animal plague foci in hangde City has been continuously carried out in the last 24 years and the result were analyzed. Results During 1984 - 2007, a total number of 28 412 mice were caught with a total catching rate of 8.25% （4.04% - 17.57% ） . There were 6 rat species, Rattus norvegicus was accounted for 94.99% . In 1990 and 1991 plague F1 - positive antibody was detected from 3 Rattus norvegicus by using radioimmunoassay with total posi- tive rate of 1.06/10 000. There 1 026 blood serum samples were collected from healthy persons and no positives were detected. During the year of 1984 - 1988 a total of 516 rats were detected and 22 flea - carrying rats were detected with a flea carrying rate of 4.16% and the average flea index was 0.26. Conclusion There is a potential risk of plague in Changde City at present and the work of monitoring and control measures be strengthened to prevent the prevalence of plague .
