摘    要:脱硝尿素热解制氨系统一般通过电加热器提供所需的高温热解空气热量,采用锅炉烟道内布置烟气换热器,可以有效提供高温热解空气加热所需热量,降低电加热器运行功率从而节省高品质电能。通过对某350 MW机组实际运行数据分析,总结锅炉内置烟气换热器尿素热解系统的运行特点,提出烟气换热器优化设计方案,保证尿素热解制氨系统的运行经济性和可靠性。

Abstract:In De-NOx urea pyrolysis sestem,the required high-temperature pyrolysis air heat is generally provided by electric heater.The flue gas heat exchanger arranged in the boiler flue can effectively provide the heat required for high-temperature pyrolysis air heating,reduce the operation power of the electric heater,and save high-quality electric energy.By analyzing the actual operation data of a 350 MW unit,the operation characteristics of urea pyrolysis system with built-in flue gas heat exchanger of boiler are summarized,and the optimal design scheme of flue gas heat exchanger is proposed to ensure the operation economy and reliability of urea pyrolysis ammonia production system.
