| 摘 要： | 从我国高校体育教学和体育消费现状入手，论证在高校建立体育股份制俱乐部的必要性和可行性，进而构建高校体育股份制俱乐部的运动模式，认为建立高校体育股份制俱乐部是促进体育教学和体育消费的有效手段。

| Abstract: | This paper presents that establishing P.E stock club in colleges and university is the best way to solve two major tasks:P.E teaching and sports consumption.The feasibility and operating pattern of stock club are also explored.Conclusion is drawn that industrialization of university P.E is one effective solution to these problems. |
