火灾环境下LPG储罐压力与温度响应的数值模拟

摘    要:建立了火灾环境下液化气(LPG)储罐热响应的模型,针对立式液化石油气储罐进行了数值模拟。结果表明,LPG储罐内介质的温度上升速率随着充装率的增大而减小,压力上升速率随着充装率的增大而增大;储罐介质的升温和升压速率随着热流密度的增大而增大,储罐壁温度的上升速率也随之增大;储罐局部受热时,侧壁受热对储罐压力热响应的影响比底部受热大;升压速率随着导热系数的增大而增大,壁面温度的上升速率随之减小。

Abstract:A model of thermal response of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) storage tank under fire was set up,and numerical simulation of the vertical LPG tank was carried out.The results showed that the rate of internal temperature rise in LPG tank decreased and the rate of LPG pressure rise increased with the increase of fill level.The rates of the pressure and internal temperature rise both increased with heat flux.The higher the heat flux is,the more the wall temperature rising rate is.When the partial area of tank was heated,the effect of side wall heated on thermal response of tank was greater than that of bottom heated.The rate of pressure rise increased with the increase of thermal conductivity,but the rate of wall temperature rise decreased.
