摘    要:介绍了重型车用柴油机从国Ⅱ升级到国Ⅲ排放的EGR技术路线。在国Ⅱ柴油机的基础上,通过燃油系统、增压系统、燃烧系统的改进,采用冷却EGR技术,进行排放优化试验,最终柴油机通过了ESC、ETC、ELR、加速烟度等排放检测试验,达到了国Ⅲ排放要求。

Abstract:EGR technology is adopted for upgrading the emission level of a heavy-duty diesel engine from China Ⅱ to China Ⅲ. By the improvement of the fuel system, turbocharger system as well as combustion system of the engine of China Ⅱ, and emissions optimization tests, the engine proves meeting China Ⅲ emissions regulation in the tests of ESC, ETC, ELR and acceleration smoke.
