摘    要:江垭枢纽大坝是一座131m高的全断面碾压混凝土重力坝。为了确保施工质量采用斜层平推铺筑方法进行RCC施工,提高混凝土质量,发挥RCC施工优势,并适应高温多雨气候条件和满足设计要求,建立了一套比较完善的RCC施工工艺,取得了比较好的施工质量。施工中根据工程需要开辟了新的施工途径,并在许多方面进行工艺实践,不但取得了良好的效果,同时也丰富了碾压混凝土筑坝施工内容,积累了高碾压混凝土坝施工的有益经验。

Abstract:The dam of Jiangya project is a 128 m-high roller compacted concrete(RCC) gravity dam in terms of its full cross-section. In order to ensure the construction quality and meet the design requirement, a set of rather perfect construction technologies for RCC has been set up, resulting in good construction quality. During construction, new construction approaches were opened up in the light of the demand of the project, and corresponding technological practice was conducted in several aspects, which not only achieved good results but also enriched content of the RCC construction, and accumulated available experiences in construction of high RCC dams.
