摘    要:三维激光雷达技术是目前世界上最重要的航测遥感技术之一,其能够穿透植被覆盖层,并且集成了GPS、IMU等设备,具有测量精度高、处理流程简化、外业调绘量小等优点,能够快速获取地表及地表附着物的三维信息。罗平——百色II回500kV线路工程勘察设计阶段采用三维激光雷达技术进行科研及生产试验,本文主要对利用三维激光雷达技术进行输电线路优化设计的应用模式、应用特点及技经指标等进行深入分析,认为在三维激光雷达技术提供的基础地理信息数据基础上进行输电线路优化设计,能有效地提高设计能力和效率,带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益,具有加大推广应用的价值和潜力。

Abstract:3D Lidar technology is one of most important photogrammetric and RS technology in the world,The Lidar can penetrate the vegetation and reach the ground and meanwhile integrates the GPS and IMU functions.Comparing with traditional measurement,the laser scanning system has a lot of advantages like fast data acquisition,high accuracy,low on-site survey cost and highly automation of data processing.Besides it can fast get all kind of 3D-geographical information.Many experts are focusing on how to make use of 3D Lidar technology in the powerline design.The LuoPing-BaiSeII 500kV powerlines use 3D Lidar technology to make transmit design and investigation,which could effectively promote the capability and efficiency of powerline design and bring about the great economic and social benefit.
