40CrNi2Mo钢中厚靶板的抗枪弹行为研究

摘    要:利用卵形尖头弹丸垂直撞击40CrNi2Mo钢中厚靶板,观察不同弹速下钢板出现的损伤形貌,评定背面强度极限,分析了穿甲机制与抗弹性能的关系。结果表明,抗拉强度小于1 270 MPa时,钢板以塑性扩孔形式穿甲。利用两阶段塑性扩孔模型计算出的钢板塑性扩孔耗能与实验吻合较好。由于强度是影响塑性扩孔耗能的主要因素,因而钢板的抗弹性能随着强度升高而单调递增。强度进一步升高后钢板因产生与绝热剪切相关的损伤而失效,因而抗弹性能下降。

Abstract:To study the ballistic behavior of 40CrNi2Mo steel intermediate targets,armor piercing projectiles were fired at targets.The primary results were obtained by observation of impact craters,evaluation of army ballistic limit,and analysis of the relationship between penetration mechanism and performance.The results show that ductile hole enlargement is the perforation mechanism of steel targets with tensile strength below 1 270 MPa.Energy dissipated in the targets during ductile hole enlargement is derived fro...
