热蒸发制备SnO2纳米棒及结构表征

摘    要:以SnO粉末为原料,在镀有金的硅衬底上通过热蒸发的方法获得了SnO2纳米短棒,且通过改变退火时间再现了纳米材料的生长过程.用SEM,XRD,EDS,红外吸收和拉曼光谱对产物的形态和结构进行了分析.结果表明,所合成的产物为具有四方金红石结构的SnO2.最后讨论了SnO2纳米短棒的生长机制.

Abstract:With the SnO power as the main materials, we obtain the nano - SnO2 by the method of the thermal evaporation method. On the silicon substrate covered with gold , the growing process of the materials is representting by changing the annealing time. Observations by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) show that SnO2 is of nanowire structure. The XRD indates that the nano - SnO2 is tetragnal rutile structure. characterized using energy dispersive X -ray spectrometer (EDS), the Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy.
