微泡钻井液防漏堵漏技术在玉皇1井的应用

摘    要:长段低压地层的井漏问题一直是困扰川东北地区表层井段快速钻进的主要难题之一。微泡钻井液是在不使用充气设备的条件下产生的可循环泡沫流体,在此基础上,通过添加桥堵剂形成微泡桥浆,利用微泡钻井液低液柱压力、低循环压耗及微泡桥浆的“微泡气锁”和“架桥封堵”双重作用,可有效解决长段低压地层的井漏问题。这种防漏堵漏新技术在玉皇1井表层易漏井段应用,与邻区同类井相比,钻井速度提高了3~7倍,取得了显著效果。

Abstract:The circulation loss in log section of low pressure formation is one of the main problems that have been puzzling the fast drilling of callow section in the northeast area of Sichuan Microbubble fluid is a kind of circulating foam fluid without using air equipments. By adding bridging agent, it can form into the micro bubble bridging mud, using the low fluid column pressure of micro bubble bridging mud, low circulation and the dual roll of microbubble gaslock and bridging, it can solve the circulation loss in log section of low pressure formation. The leak resistance and leak stopping technology has been applied in leakiness section of well Yuhuang 1, compared with the same neighbor well, the drilling speed in wel Yuhuang 1 has enhanced 3-7 times, and the economic bene- fit is obvious
