| Abstract: | The cause of perlite explosion during perlite discharging from the cold box of air separation unit has been analyzed. After a brief introduction of the preparation work for perlite discharging, our emphasis is devoted to the noticeable items during the discharging and to the precautions to be adopted in the design of air separation units. |
