外科围手术期抗菌药物应用调查分析

目的:调查外科围手术期患者抗菌药物使用的情况,分析其合理性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:随机抽取2010年4月外科手术出院患者病例102份,对外科围手术期抗菌药物使用的合理性进行评价。结果:外科围手术期使用抗菌药物指征过宽、时间过长,给药时机不合理。结论:外科不合理应用抗菌药物比较严重,需要加强医院制度建设,重视对抗菌药物合理使用的管理,加强对医药工作者合理应用抗菌药物知识教育,进一步提高合理使用抗菌药物知识水平。

Perioperative Use of Antibacterials in Surgery

Objective： To investigate the perioperative use of antibacterials in patients and to analyze its rationality for the clinical use of antibacterials to provide realistic basis. Methods： 102 patients were randomly selected from hosptial to evaluate the rationality on perioperative use of antibacterials. Results： The surgical indications for perioperative use of antibacterials are too wide, the time for use is too long, and the delivery time is unreasonable. Conclusion： Surgical unreasonable application of antibacterials is more serious therefore it is important to strengthen the establishment of hospital system, to emphasize rational use of antibacterials in the management, improve the education on rational application of antibacterials in medical workers, to further enhance the knowledge of rational use of antibacterials.
