| 摘 要： | 本实验一次灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量(0、5、10和15mg/kg体重)氯化甲基汞,于染毒后第5、10和15天分别处死各组部分小鼠,检查其精子总数、形态及睾丸病理改变,实验结果表明,给予氯化甲基汞小鼠精子数目减少,精子畸形率增高,睾丸呈现不同程度的病理改变。该实验从形态学方面证实氯化甲基汞对小鼠雄性生殖细胞具有明显的毒性作用。

| Abstract: | Sperm count, testicular morphology and pathology were studied 5 , 10 and 15 days following a single dose of oral administration of 0, 5 , 10 and 15mg/kg body weight of methylmercury chloride (MMC) in mice.The results showed that there was a decrease in sperm counts and an increase in the rate of abnormal sperms. Different degrees of pathological changes in the testis were observed. It was shown in this study that MMC has a significant toxic effect on the germ cells of male mice. |
