椭圆边界马鞍形单层索网结构静力刚度参数分析

摘    要:椭圆边界马鞍形单层索网结构受力效率高、造型简洁优雅,有广阔的应用前景。为此,选取椭圆边界马鞍形单层索网结构的高差、边界形状、网格尺寸、拉索预拉力、拉索直径等设计参数,采用控制变量法,基于通用有限元软件ANSYS对其静力刚度进行参数分析。结果表明:单层索网结构的承重索宜布置在短轴方向,稳定索宜布置在长轴方向,可以增加结构刚度;高差对结构刚度的影响最大,保持总高差不变,分别改变承重索垂度和稳定索拱度,结构的刚度没有变化;在网格尺寸为1.7~3.2 m、拉索预拉力为700~1000 kN、拉索直径为44~62 mm时,减小网格尺寸、增大索的预拉力以及直径对增大结构刚度有利;高差和预拉力对结构反力的影响较大,其中高差主要影响结构反力的竖向分量,预拉力同步影响其各分量。

Abstract:The saddle-shaped single-layer cable net structure with elliptical boundary has high stress efficiency, simple and elegant shape, and has broad application prospects. To this end, five design parameters, including the height difference, boundary shape, mesh size, cable pretension, and cable diameter of the saddle-shaped single-layer cable net with elliptical boundary were selected, and the controlled variable method was used to analyze the static stiffness based on ANSYS. The analysis results show that the load-bearing cables of the single-layer cable net structure should be arranged in the direction of the short axis, and the stable cables should be arranged in the direction of the long axis, which is conducive to increasing the rigidity of the structure. The height difference has the greatest impact on the structural rigidity. Keeping the total height difference unchanged, and changing the sag of load-bearing cable and the camber of stable cable respectively, the structural rigidity hardly changes. When the grid size is 1.7-3.2 m,the cable pretension is 700-1000 kN, and the cable diameter is 44-62 mm, reducing the mesh size and increasing the pretension and diameter of the cable are beneficial to increase the rigidity of the structure. The height difference and the pretension have a great influence on the structural reaction force. The height difference mainly affects the vertical component of the structure reaction force, and the pretension simultaneously affects its components.
