| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用健康教育方式控制老年性高血压病的可行性。方法选取乐山市市中区青果山社区的286例60岁以上高血压患者,采取前瞻性研究方式,观察实施健康教育措施对控制老年高血压病的效果。结果观察表明健康教育对老年高血压病患者是通过＂知识-信念-行为＂这一模式发生作用的,对健康教育的对象应采取差异性的方式,以达到更好的效果。结论通过教育前后的行为改变和高血压均值的降低,说明应用健康教育方式控制老年高血压病是切实可行的。
