| 摘 要： | 人盯人防守是现代篮球防守战术中的重要方法。它的战术特点是更加强调防守的整体性,注重集体力量的发挥。篮球防守战术中人盯人集体防守战术训练,能将个人防守能力、意识培养、战术要求和团队配合很好地融合在一起,能更好地训练运动员个人盯防和协防能力,可有效提高运动员团队意识和战术攻防意识,达到全面提高综合训练水平的目的。
