| 摘 要： | 粗蛋白质测定是饲料分析教学、配合饲料生产的一个重要实验.饲料样品粗蛋白质含量的高低,是评定饲料营养价值的重要指标之一,决定着配合饲料及饲料原料的成本和价值.在饲料样品粗蛋白质测定过程中称样、消化、转移、蒸馏、滴定等环节应特别注意的几个问题,是作者多年从事饲料分析工作的实践体会,每一步都关系到粗蛋白质测定结果的正确与否,直接影响饲料的质量和生产成本.

| Abstract: | The crude protein analysis is an important experiment in the teaching of feed analysis and production of compound feed.The crude protein content in the feed sample,a critical indicator of feed nu- tritional values,determined the costs and value of compound feeds.The noteworthing issues in the feed analytical process including weighting,digestion,transfer,distillation and titration etc.were summarized in the paper based on the accumulated experiences for years,the accuracy of the analysis of crude protein content related directly to the feeds quality and production cost. |
