气井井下节流动态预测

摘    要:气井井下节流工艺将节流器安装于油管的适当位置来实现井下调压,能充分利用地热对节流后的天然气加热,从而改变天然气水合物的生成条件,对于防止水合物生成起到了积极的作用。井下节流后,气体由于压力降低而膨胀,气体的压能转变成动能,促使气流速度增大,有利于提高气井的携液能力。文章应用节点系统分析方法,以井下节流器为节点,建立了气井井下节流过程井筒压力温度动态预测模型。该模型综合考虑了流入动态和井筒径向传热机理,能够预测井下节流压力、温度等重要参数,为井下节流动态分析、井下节流器工艺参数设计、水合物防治、排液采气工艺提供了必要的技术手段。

Abstract:Downhole throttling technology is to adjust downhole pressure through installing the throttle valve in an appropriate position on the tube. The gas flowing through the throttle valve is heated up by the geotherm and the conditions of gas hydrate formation are changed, so as to effectively prevent gas hydrate formation. Gas expands due to pressure drop after flowing through the throttle valve and the pressure energy of the gas is converted into kinetic energy, thus the flow velocity of gas increases and the fluid-carrying capability of the gas well are improved. Taking the downhole throttle as the nodal, the nodal system analytical approach is used to build the dynamic prediction model of borehole pressure and temperature in the process of downhole throttling in gas wells. This model comprehensively takes the inflow performance and radial heat transfer mechanism of borehole into consideration, can predict several important parameters such as the downhole throttling pressure and temperature, and provides the necessary technical measures for downhole bean performance analysis, parameter design of downhole throttle valve, gas hydrate control and gas production through water drainage.
