摘    要:制备器件的同时也在铟锡氧化物 (ITO)和各层有机薄膜上覆盖一层不透气的薄膜 ,然后快速退火 ,发现了导致有机薄膜电致发光器件的热效应及器件失效的可能因素 ,从而提出了一种与有机薄膜电致发光器件制备工艺完全兼容的工艺检测方法———覆盖加热对比法

Abstract:We covered a film pervious to gas in the face of ITO and organic films while preparing organic light-emitting diodes(OLED).As is known,the stability of OLED is closely related to processing techniques,and the quality of each steps could evaluated by some test methods.Here we proposed a simple method for the fabrication test of OLED-"Contrast to observation of covered and heated films",which is completely compatible with the technique of OLED fabrication.It is indicated by the experiment that the method is useful to evaluate the quality of fabrication,and improve the performance of OLED.
