| 摘 要： | 对产能150 t/d的德国AQUAFIL三釜连续聚合工艺的配料称量系统进行了改造,通过对称量单元平衡管线及下料口的改造,解决了助剂的加入量无规律波动的问题,采用在线无扰切换输送螺杆,解决交变负荷下精确、平稳控制助剂的加入量的问题。

| Abstract: | The modification was carried out on the dosage weight system of the 150 t/d German AQUAFIL three autoclaves continuous polymerization technology.By the modification on the balance pipeline and lay off exit of the weight unit,the additive feeding quantity irregular fluctuation problem was solved.The online no interference exchange conveying screw extruder was used.The accurate,stable control of the additive feeding quantity under alternating load was realized. |
